The University of Cincinnati suspended a female student for allegedly engaging in nonconsensual sex with a male student who claimed he was too drunk at the time to approve the encounter.

At least they are doing equally.

Regardless I found this interesting:

But why when there are both a male and female drunk and she decides to file a complaint that all of a sudden it's he raped her? So now that the shoe is on the other foot women are allowed to apply logic, but when men tried this argument they were silenced?

Interesting twist is that he allegedly accused her (as her lawyer states) in retaliation to similar suit she raised against his friend.

The time has come for men to avoid women at all costs -- or pull the legal trigger before she has the ability to do so. Any other course practically guarantees disaster for the man.
