So the law is specific to removing a condom. So falsely stating you are on birth control is still legal. This means it is legal for women to commit 'stealthing', but illegal for men.

And feminism is about equality.

Good law. Very necessary in my opinion.

Of course, now that women got theirs, the conversation is over. I had a feminist the other day argue that the FBI broadening the definition of rape to include all penetration was for men, despite the law conspicuously excluding made to penetrate rape.

So yeah, a woman lying about birth control or sabotaging a condom remains legal. Good luck fellows.

Am is a due process violation of the 14th amendment if it is not applied in reverse. Meaning how many women trap men into having children without the man’s concern.

Almost all rape cases are he-said she-said. This will be no different.

In theory, at least, the defendant is innocent until proven guilty.

Somebody call me the first time a guy uses this law to sue a woman for removing his condom without his knowledge. That's when things will get interesting.

All I can say is that if this law had been in existence back when I broke up with my ex, she would have been in an extremely retaliative mood. She also had the ability to tell incredible lies and vehemently believe in her own lies. She absolutely would have seen this law as an excellent vengeance weapon.

And what you're claiming will happen has been happening since the induction of assault laws.

This is a good law and should be implemented everywhere. Sure there’s that small percentage of crazy people who will try and exploit it, but overall it’s a win
