Someone shared a local post about a male jogger who got kidnapped and raped, and my colleagues and I got to talking.

They said, a man being raped by a woman is not considered a case by the government, because men are stronger than women. It only becomes a case if a man is raped by another man.

I of course objected, and said a man can be drugged and forced, but they replied lamely by saying if one gets an erection, then it's pleasurable, and it's impossible for men to be raped by women. I told them when men wake up in the morning, they also get morning wood, and emotional trauma happens to everyone, but it was a weak argument to them.

What do you think? Can women rape men? Is there a rule in your country that defend male rape victims? How do I make a stronger case?
