I think one of the most disturbing parts is that a 16 year old was told he had 10 minutes to decide whether to take a plea bargain or go to trial; it's not clear whether he's referring to the DA or his attorney...but it's absolutely deplorable.

That makes me so fucking mad. He didn't do anything wrong and not only did he serve time but she got a reward for lies. How are men suppose to be calm activist when life destroying stories like this come out all the time. This can happen to any man just like it did to this man. The only reason I know my friends CAN'T be more active is fear, fear that woman will track them down and try to get them fired from work.

Wow another one of these stories, this is getting ridiculous. This girl and her mother are pieces of shit. The mom suing the school and from what it seems like pushing her daughter to falsely claim rape, and the daughter going through with it against her fucking childhood friend. Something more needs to be done with rape claims, especially ones where the "victim" gives contradicting statements like she said she was raped in the elevator and then told others it happened in a stairwell. It shouldn't come down to her word against his, though I know you can't always have evidence that clearly shows what happens, there needs to be more thorough investigating.

The mom and daughter should be forced to pay back the schools, pay him, and be put in jail. But the way the legal system is, these low life scum will just get off since the law doesn't like to do anything against people who falsely claim rape.
