Well, not really...see in order to be a mental illness it needs to negatively affect your life. Being homosexual doesn't do this, so it wouldn't meet the criteria.

If you wish to say it's a mental defect...that would be more accurate, but you do realize that if this is the case...then these people should be 100% supported

If a person is born blind you accept them for who they are, if a person is born austic, you accept them for who they are, if they are born with a mental illness that cannot be treated you accept them for who they are.

So if you wish to go down this route, I imagine you also support gay marriage, gay rights etc etc...

You wouldn't treat a sick person like crap just cause they are sick would you?
