I have been lurking for some time and would like to share the following thoughts on Red Pill theory.

  1. Women in the workplace and periods

I have encountered women coworkers in the office recently who have been driving me crazy. Endless meetings that go nowhere and the only purpose is to allow the women to gossip. All the men in the meetings run by women keep their mouths shut but express their displeasure thru body language (rolling their eyes). The males can't really complain due to political correctness and sexual harassment laws. I also noticed that when women outnumber the men in meetings (thru sheer numerical superiority) they have a tendency to discuss "women's issues". Namely, the state of their vagina. Basically all women want to do is talk about their periods and how having a period makes them feel. If it's a group of younger women they will bitch and moan about how they are having bad cramps. If they are older women they will complain about "hot flashes" and menopause. It is a never ending topic for discussion. the list goes on and on, bloating, crying, cravings, mood swings, anxiety problems, emotional instability, spotting, shedding of the uterine lining, etc. IN OTHER WORDS: WOMEN ARE A CONSTANTLY WALKING TALKING PERIOD, PERIOD. They think that having a period is some kind of "rare gift" and become obsessed with it after hitting puberty. It basically makes them crazy and irrational. "who can trust something that is an open wound that bleeds once a month but doesn't die"

  1. Acting like a gentleman

In response to the irrationality exhibited by women, the proper course of action is for male leadership to take charge. When a man runs a meeting in the office environment, typically there will be a clear objective and decisions will be made as efficiently and quickly as possible. Men do not experience mood swings and do not require additional gossip or social interaction to talk about their periods. Therefore meetings are over quicker and require less energy expended. Also there is usually a stronger "man in charge" figure who is clearly the top dog in an office. The other men respect and admire his leadership and do not mind obeying his orders. It is part of human evolution for the strongest man to ascend to the top of the hierarchy and for the other members of the "tribe" to obey and follow him. When a woman is in charge it disrupts the normal functioning of our society based on millions of years of Darwinian evolution.

Therefore the irrationality of women in the workplace means men have to work even harder than ever to counteract this trend towards committee-based community decision making. Unfortunately this is what is leading to America's downfall is the lack of strong male leadership. What is needed is civility and mutual respect amongst men. A true alpha male will encourage and cooperate with his fellow man, while simultaneously crushing his enemies. Even in athletics and sports, when someone on the opposing team falls down you offer him a helping hand to get back ok his feet. That doesn't mean you have to stop competing. It just means we are all flesh and blood and we can compete with each other in a sophisticated and classy way. HONORABLY. A true alpha male leads by example and sets the standard for others to follow.
