This post is so vague it's almost not worth a response. Do you lift, BF, weight? Ages? Length of relationship? # of kids? What level of dread are you on? How long did it take you to get there? What have you read and what did you learn from it?

The truth is, level 1 takes a while to be able to simply pass shit tests and if you can't even do that, you simply don't have the frame to pull off any further levels. Dread is like math. how are you going to solve quadratic equations if you can't multiply and divide? How you going to multiply if you can't add? How you going to add if you don't even know how to count without doing it on your fingers?

Yes, this is common.

Sometimes it takes the Hamster a few days to calm down and process the information sufficiently before her manhole slicks up. Humans can control their biological reactions using anger and rage but when they calm down, the natural reactions come through loud and wet.

Try to be slightly more subtle and less in-your-face about your flirtations. Dread works best on the covert level, not out in the open.
