My LTR of 1 yr 8 mos has either highs and lows, shit tests every single day, complete disrespect, and other bs. I couldn’t put my finger on it until she mentioned Borderline Personality Disorder. I unfortunately have put up with it for far too long. I started reading NMMNG and TRM, both have been blessings to my mindset and trying to figure out what’s wrong in my relationship.

The other day my LTR hit me, the second time ever in my relationship, and I have made the decision to leave. I’m getting my stuff squared away, and I’m wondering how to get away without any repercussion, as we both have our names on the lease.

She is going out of town in a week to hangout with her girl friend and it gives me plenty of time to move my stuff out. I have video evidence of all of the things she has said and done to me, to file a police report, and I’m also going to get in contact with our landlord about me leaving as well.

I will state the following to my landlord: “as of today (date that I move out) I will no longer be living at this apartment, as I have submitted a police report and can no longer live with somebody who has physically and mentally abused me. I will be able to pay for next months rent and I won’t mind if i don’t receive my security deposit”.
