I'm in agreement with most on this subreddit that when it comes to texting, less is more and should be used for logistics. However, I constantly seem to find myself in situations with women where they are always texting me. In the past, I would always indulge in this and text back for hours. However, over time they would initiate texting less and less, and then I would start having trouble getting texts back. And then....nada. Recently, I've been slower to respond, and the one to usually politely end the conversation. However, I still find all of my relationships winding down in the same manner. High interest at first, good chemistry and dates, too interest slowly waning and then getting ignored. Now this could be for a variety of reasons, but looking back on these situations, I feel like I usually had good chemistry with these girls and we had good dates. So, is it best to sometimes ignore texts? Seems rude to me, but at the same time, I feel like I have been too available over the phone. Thoughts?
