Truth be told though that's a good mindset to have. "I can't today, how about another day?". Which is powerful.

You make a good point. With great power, comes great responsibility. Use it wisely, the English language can be a nerf gun, or a double barrel shotty with a hair trigger.
Read the room, use your best judgement, and don't make mountains out of molehills. Just let the waters of life roll off your back, you odd duck you.
But if you need an outlet, and have no leads; La Tristessa Durera. Scream to a sigh. Let it all out, unfiltered. Just exorcise your negativity. Don't hold back. Just let it all go. Let the levee break, bring those skeletons out of the closet, slap your demons in the face.
After a while, your throat will go raw. You'll look around, in a moment of clarity, and find that laying everything out on the table, getting all these doubts amd fears and insecurities out of you, helped you put everything into perspective. The weight on your shoulders went from monumental, to trivial.
Then you'll realize you're still screaming, and you'll stop. You'll bathe in the silence for a minute , and then you'll let out a sigh. Not a defeated sigh. A satisfied one. An honest sigh. A deep breath, and then you'll look around and realize that now you've gotta clean all of this shit up
Only now, you'll have a much more clear idea of what you're dealing with, and you'll be able to make a game plan. It'll be so much easier to pull yourself together, because now you've replaced your negativity with something purely positive.
Hope.
And sometimes that's all we need in life, just a little bit of hope. Aim for the moon, even if you miss you'll land among stars.

All it takes to have a fighting chance, is the desire to fight for it. Darkness creeps in, but it can be expelled just as quickly. Stay Alive. Through it all. Don't take your life away from the world, because your energy is valuable in ways you don't understand; and in certain cases ways you won't entertain.
Stay Alive. This life is the most beautiful coincidence of all time. We're all in this together, even through petty division. We are all on this Earth, together, as champions of the human race. It's the duty of every single one of us to make this world as close to paradise as possible,
Because life on Earth can be heaven, people are just too prideful to give it a try.
Suicide isn't the way. But vice versa, trying to convince yourself you aren't suicidal/depressed/sick/etc without actually addressing the issue isn't the way either.
You need to face your fear, and make your demons your bitch. Life is throwing a 900 mph fastball, right down the middle of home plate. Choke up, crowd the plate, and swing for the fences.
