Two cool Date idea's I've been looking into using for myself nearby:

Visiting an "O Noir" restaurant. Served by an entirely blind team - eat together in total darkness. Takes some sort of trust, should be fun and great bonding time.
Couples cooking - a lot of places nearby offer lessons for 'couples' great place for a date. Get messy, make some food, have fun.

Pool.

You can keep your distance and make it about pool if you're not into her.

You can keep close and make it about her if you are.

Action? For some reason, I just thought about the gun range near where I lived in LA. People used to come from around the world, especially from Japan, so they could rent a machine gun and shoot at some targets. That would certainly get her adrenaline rushing.

Go to a climbing gym! Maybe make sure you are fit enough to actually climb things.

If you both own bikes, I'm a fan of bike rides around pretty areas. Ride to a lunch spot, a farmer's market, etc

Fairs/amusement parks. Added bonus, apparently she'll mistake the rush of adrenaline as attraction to you.

Also: street fairs are quirky and fun.

If she's up to it, a hike or bike through some scenic areas. Pack a bottle of something and make it a picnic at a particularly good looking spot.

walk around a park, bike ride? take a friend's dog to the park to play, find a fountain to run through
