So how do you become mentally and emotionally strong? When we workout, we tap into those strengths to keep working out when we don't want to and staying focused. It seems like we lose this strength when it comes to women. We either wall off and become emotionless or we get highly emotional that it makes us come off as weak.
Men, if you think you're ugly and unattractive to women, focus on making yourself mentally and emotionally strong. You will see a huge difference in your success with females.
"How do you know that women are INSANELY attracted to mental and emotional strength?"
Women are very emotional and it can cloud their capacity to handle tough situations. This is why you'll see women crying when they get overwhelmed with a tough situation. Some women are better at handling tough situations better than others, but women are never expected to have this toughness.
Does mental and emotional strength mean being a robot? No... it means being masculine.
A really powerful way to increase mental and emotional toughness is putting your ego to the side. Your ego can get you in a lot of trouble. This is why I don't like arguing with men who are with their girlfriends or loved ones. The moment a man feels like his manhood is being challenged, especially in front of his woman, he will lose his logic and get very emotional. This can lead to a fist fight.
When you put your ego to the side, you have to understand that people will push your buttons. They'll use things you may be insecure about against you.
"That's why you got a little dick"
If you give into your emotions, you'll lose the ability to gain the upper hand. Your emotions will make you irrational and you will just react instead of gain the advantage.
A great way to gain mental toughness is learn how to "acknowledge and let go". Kinda like a boxing match. Someone hits you with a good punch, acknowledge that they landed a good, solid hit, and let go of your ego. By doing this, you will be more focused on protecting yourself better and timing your hits better.
So if a woman says you have a little dick, acknowledge the insult without an ego. Understand that she is trying to make you feel insecure so she can get the upper hand. The reason why you want to acknowledge it is because you don't want to get into your feelings and start feeling insecure and weak.
Her: "That's why you got a little dick"
You: "Hmm (you paused and acknowledged the insult). Well, I made you cum like 3 times so this 'little dick' gets the job done."
Her: "I faked it the whole time."
You: "Your fault, not mine. Every nut I busted I enjoyed. You could've got yours if you were honest."
Her: "..."
It's not a good practice to argue with women because women use emotions to win an argument. So they will try to destroy your soul to win the argument. By staying calm and using emotional and mental strength, you will be able to think clearly and diffuse the situation. Keep in mind that if you are arguing with a woman and make her cry, people may intervene and escalate the situation even worse. The point is to diffuse an argument, not make it blow up and keep going.
After you have acknowledged the insult and let go of your ego, you can make a witty comeback because you have a clearer mind. If you don't let go of your ego, you'll take the insult to heart and it can affect you in another scenario. So in this example, if you were to try to get with another woman, you might have it in the back of your mind that this new girl may not like you because you have a "little dick".
It's not always about arguing. Sometimes a woman could be attracted to you and your emotions might drive her away. You might display emotions that a woman displays when she's attracted to a man and it reminds her of a woman. This is when she might lose interest.
This is why you need to utilize the power of space. When you like a woman, the last thing you want to do is make her lose the attraction because you're constantly in her face. So, what I like to do is show interest and leave on a high note.
"What the hell does that mean?"
Women are attracted to how men make them feel. So if you make a woman feel all warm and tingly inside... mission accomplished. Pull out, pull out.
You: "Good morning. How you been? You haven't came into work in two days."
Her: "I was sick. I didn't know you cared so much. Did you miss me?", said as she's gazing into your eyes.
You: "Maybe I did. Maybe I did"
Her: Looks at you and smiles with joy.
You: "Well, glad to see you're back. See you later."
Her: "Bye", smiling at you at you back away from her.
This is an example, not a script.
By leaving on a high note, you leave her with good feelings about you. If you stay there and keep trying to make her feel good, it becomes overkill. This is why women love chasing bad boys. They are trying to gain his validation. This is one reason why a woman could be with a man who slaps her, steals from her, cheats on her, etc, and she'll say, "well he told me he loves me and he's going through some things". This woman was willing to take all that to get his validation. So all those bad things he did was overshadowed by him telling her he loves her.
I am not saying treat women like shit. I'm saying that once you get her feeling good about you, you leave her with those good feelings. If you have a crush on this woman, you might want to stick around and keep trying to "increase the attraction", but in these situations you leave her thinking about you. Keep in mind that this takes emotional strength because naturally you want to stick around and keep complimenting her.
You don't always have to walk away. Sometimes you can give her that good feeling, and change the subject. She knows that you feel a certain way about her, but you're not letting your emotions get the best of you. You're showing her you're interested, but you're not needy and clingy.
You don't have to be a bad boy. You don't have to treat women like shit. You don't have to kiss a woman's ass. Practice emotional and mental strength and you'll see yourself getting the same good results as the bad boy and asshole.
