I am in no way a pro or anything so these are just my ramblings. I hope they are interesting to you.
1) First thing is having your life and mind together. I see this all the time in the forums and IRL. Men have issues they have to face and they aren't attracting anyone until they solve them. For example often I see posts in these forums where men write about themself like it is impossible to anyone to like them. At one point in my life I was ashamed of myself and my looks, my job and financial situation. I had a very low self-esteem. It is no surprise that at that point I had the worst dry spell of my life. When I started to working on making those things better I started to get interest from women again. It also feels so good when you see progress when you look at yourself in the gym mirror.
Some men also have warped thinking and thoughts they have to get rid off. Hating women, being bitter etc. make it impossible to find love. So maybe do some soulsearching first and maybe even go to therapy. Even seeing a therapist a few times can make a huge difference. PUA etc. stuff you see online are often just amateur therapy and the real deal is way superior.
2) Second thing is living the life and looking for women who are a good fit for you. If you want a fitness model then you have to be in a great shape yourself. If you want a traditional woman you have to be a traditional man. People often forget this and you see lonely introvert guys trying to pickup partygirls etc. You should look into introvert girls instead. This sounds stereotypical but people want people on their own perceived level. Female hypergamia is a real thing.
3) Socializing and going to events where girls who would be a good fit for you go to. If you want a fitness model then you have to go the gyms they go to and have a killer IG game. For introvert girls look into online groups for hobbies etc. You also have to approach them and get to know them. Of course you should use your common sense and not pursue them if they aren't interested in you. Parties, clubs and bars are OK in a sense that all kind of people go to there. You have to screen for the people who are a good fit for you. Don't do shotgun style where you try to pickup everything that moves and instead try to look for the right fit and see if you get interest back.
4) Don't be too easy. Men simp too much and that turns women off. Give her some space. Have boundaries and if she doesn't respect them distance yourself. Have the mindset of "this is what I look for in a relationship and if you don't want the same things then we shouldn't date".
