So, last night was my 22nd birthday and I invited a group of buddies to go out to a bar for a few drinks and then go back to their place and play some video games. No big deal, just wanted to kick back and enjoy the night. We got to the bar, ordered our drinks, and started looking for a place to sit. The only spot seemed to be a corner where two girls were sitting, but they were sort of in the middle of the open space. I'd say one of them was a HB8 and the other was a HB6. I approached the HB6 as she was the one closest to the end and I asked if her and her friend would mind scooting over so that my buddies and I could have a place to sit. At first she seemed a bit hesitant as they were already comfortable and situated, but they didn't really mind. In fact, the HB6 started conversation with us by introducing her and her friend as we sat down.

We exchanged pleasantries and talked for a while about each others lives, school, work, all that sort of thing. My buddies told them it was my 22nd birthday, so they ended up buying me several shots to take with them. I wasn't really looking to do much drinking, as I was still sort of recovering from new years eve. That being said, I ended up finishing my shots last and everyone pointed it out. I didn't really know what I was drinking, so whatever. I should note that we spilled beer about 4 times throughout the night, the first time was by me, but I got up to get napkins to clean it up right away. I think some got on the HB6's boots, but she didn't get too mad. The HB6 was a little annoying, though. Just seemed like one of this girls who constantly wants attention (though I guess that is every girl). Luckily, my friends were able to talk to her while I was chatting with the HB8.

Throughout the night, I got a bit closer to the HB8 and found out we go to the same university and are in the same field of study. The university is right down the street, after all. At one point she asked one of my buddies and I if we can keep a secret. We pinky swore, but she said she didn't trust my friend so she just told me. I won't say what it was, but it was something to do with a teacher her and I both had. Nothing crazy, though. Towards the end if the night, the HB8 asked for my Facebook, but not my number. I typed my FB profile on her phone and we accepted each other. We got shoulder to shoulder as she wanted to bring up a photo of hers on my phone, but she couldn't find it.

Later on, the HB6 asked for my number and as they were leaving, I told them we'll hit them up when we have a party. The HB8 seemed a little interested in me and she mentioned to keep an eye out for her on campus and if we get the same classes, which could be likely. I hugged her, said goodbye, then we all left. Tonight, I might go out to the place where the HB8 works. Thoughts?

TL;DR: What was expected to be a night of light drinking and gaming with my buddies turned out to be a fun night of drinks with two good looking girls.
