Last night, I was hooking up with a girl I met the night before, and we were talking in bed. I jokingly told her that with her attitude and looks that people must come up to her all the time and tell her that she's attractive.

Her response was: "No one ever tells me I'm cute!"

This was a girl, when I met her, that had 3 guys hanging around her, was dressed cute, and was flirty. This was a girl that last night a frat brother was trying to impress with his access to beer and readily accessible bathrooms. And I was the one that went home with her.

What should you take from this? A compliment goes a long way

Just because a man has a peg leg doesn't mean people point it out for him. The same goes for attractiveness. Be it cowardice or awkwardness, people will always find an excuse why they can't compliment a girl's looks. It helps you stand out, and makes her feel great. A win-win.
