It’s fine if you want to be a free prostitute. That’s how they use it. Swipe to order sex, say anything to get her to meet up and push sex. Sometimes it works. Low effort. Then next. Much much more productive to focus on things you enjoy in life and organically meeting people through group outings or events related to those activities you enjoy.

Wow he definitely told you that he believes cheaters are fine as long as their partners aren’t hurt by finding out.

The fact that you have to be gatekeeper is super annoying and speaks to your fiancé’s immaturity. He likely told the best man that he’d love to go to strippers if you’d “let them”, so asked him to ask you. In front of everyone, mind you. A HVM would shit that shit down to begin with, and it would never come to anyone asking you. Or your fiancé should have spoken up right then when you were asked, indicating he doesn’t want that. Now you know you’d be marrying a teenager that you have to parent i…

Any suitor worth dating will meet you close to your own place first time and make it as easy as possible for you. Good job vetting and reading the flags. It is totally ok and actually needed to vet and let go of those with flags to find tge 1 in 1000 worth the time to spend d with.

In your mind: You’re meeting up with a friend who is in town but they are running late. So you’re chillin waiting for them to arrive. Makes for a good convo too. Eventually they cancel but you’ve decided to chat with your new friends and finish your drink.

Ha yep it’s not even necessarily a bad thing if they’re not, just means they’re not for me. Too many fish in the sea for that basic requirement to be an uphill battle. Plus I need someone smart enough to recognize what they have in me if I’m going to be with them. There’s no reason to waste any time with them if they can’t see that. It’s a mindset, as you said.

I’m turned off if they aren’t super into me. I don’t pine after anyone. So bring “rejected” is not on the table. They have to express a genuine level of interest, and be excited to spend time and get to know me. And vice versa. Their interest is a prerequisite.

He wants you to quit the training so he doesn’t have to work off the sessions you prepaid. There’s no way you’ll have a productive session after this. And now you’ve already paid for it. It will get even worse from here-if there’s any way to get a refund or chargeback, get it.

Doesn’t ever help them to know how much more you make. Just note that you’re self sufficient. Money isn’t an issue for you, yet you’re not planning to support someone else either. That is that.

Yep I was the career driven and successful wife whose husband made little effort in any employment. He twice quit a job to open his own business that modeled his previous employer, assuming he was too good to work for someone when he could do it himself. Both failed, but it was a convenient way for me to support our family while he worked at about 20% capacity. I had to pay relatives to watch the kids while I worked even though he was home. As I got more successful and he found more excuses, I r…

There were also 2 female surgical assistants there when I was put under, but neither were there when I woke up. This was at a very prestigious outpatient hospital on an affluent area, and I happen to be a physician myself. This could happen to anyone, anywhere.

Thank you. Sharing so others are aware of this possibility. I’m not even sure it is preventable aside from wearing some sort of chastity device which I’m sure would be prohibited. I had met my surgeon and trusted him and the anesthesiologist was outgoing and chatty before putting me under - nothing unusual to raise flags. It still seems unbelievable to me but I remember very very clearly what came out of me after.

I went in for surgery and when I came home I’m 90% sure I had semen coming out of me when I wiped after the bathroom. I’ve only been with women the last few years but remembered very well what semen coming out after sex looks like from being married to a man before. Hasn’t happened since or before. So unless they put something in me that dissolved to be the consistency of cum, either the surgeon or anesthetist raped me. If they are okay with not pleasing you to orgasm, they don’t care about you. Imagine not giving a fuck if your male partner orgasms during sex. Now imagine not asking him what you could do to get him off, and not doing anything during sex except to please yourself. Now imagine complaining about him not wanting to be intimate anymore. He’d never go for it. Women shouldn’t go for it, either. If he doesn’t innately enjoy finding out what pleases you and enjoys pleasing you, he’s worthless as a part…

I won’t do OLD because it takes a hell of a lot more effort to spark my interest in someone. I do love meetups and have made great friends through mutual meetup group activities. It was a friend of a friend who brought someone new to a group outing that led to a conversation that sparked my interest. Let others do the initial vetting for you.

I understand and agree. One thing I’ve learned on this forum is not to do wifey stuff for a partner. When they leave clothes at my place I don’t wash them. I usually don’t even pick them up. Not setting any precedent there. I’ll get a “Oh there’s my sweatpants!”… yep, they’re right on the floor next to the bed where you left them the other day, hon. They’ll always be where you left them. I’m not your housekeeper. Not food shopping and cooking for you, etc etc

Yes but what if as a woman I’m the one with the career and home, and I need to be very sure about my partner before getting married and sharing a life and future together even if I get a prenup? I’m not about to sign away my independence and freedom and all I’ve worked to achieve just to forego my space and down time. I’m not picking up after anyone. I can’t even be bothered to be inconvenienced by anyone waking up earlier than me for work. What if it’s my partner that’s pushing for marriage but…

This was me. After I caught him stealing, I divorced and never looked back. The very first time I was with a woman i was shocked that she took efforts to please me which brought me to orgasm with a partner for the first time. My husband never cared to please anyone but himself in bed, never did any motions or acts on me that would get me off, only used me to get off selfishly. He did not enjoy or or care to find out what pleases his partner. With a woman there’s a mutual sense of respect and int…

The top left bucket should have her smiling and surrounded by loving caring friends and family, not alone and sad. But otherwise great depiction of reality. Only someone on top of their own block can meet and develop a partnership with someone so happy and successful. Push the two blocks together, now that’s added value in life.

I had a friend say that during a friendly sports game when I beat her. Meanwhile she can’t stand her husband- they spend most evenings apart (with separate friends). I was married for almost 2 decades and heard this after 2 years of being happily single and dating. Unbelievable.

This has been what I’ve been doing for years. But I do also think there could be some benefits with sharing living expenses in my high cost of living area, and also not interested in marriage for financial reasons although I’m also aware that marriage is ideal before committing to living together for FDS reasons. So with that circular logic I keep choosing to be single living separately. Just want to make sure I’m not missing anything especially as we have been together for years and I’d like to…

Agree. But what are your options when you’re a high earner and he’s a decent but not high earner? Sell our homes and buy a new home together? I’ve considered having them rent from me but I’m worried about claim to property even with a rental agreement in place.

Cannot agree more. Mothers that do this KNOW they are doing this. However I put no blame on their mothers once the men are grown. They also KNOW that they are depending on their partners to replace their mother’s maid service if that is how they were raised, and can absolutely choose to instead respect their partner and be autonomous in caring for themselves and their households. Even if they weren’t taught the skills as boys, a grown man can certainly take it upon himself to learn to adult. It’…

It starts with raising sons who don’t rely on women for maid service. My son has washesd his own clothes, packed his own lunch, and does chores (dishwasher, garbage, vacuum) since age 12. He’s a typical sleepy lazy teen but is self sufficient. He makes most of his own meals since makes his own breakfast before school, packs lunch, and eats late at night while doing homework and gaming. People invest when they see potential. They invest time, emotion, money, and hope it builds to lots of returns. If they don’t see potential, they’ll consider every act a loss every time. He’s showing her how much (how little) he values her.

Don’t try to not feel the loss. Even when it’s the right decision it still can hurt. Feel it. Sit with the feeling as you are doing. Over time you will get used to the new life, and it will be healthier, happier. Change is hard even when it’s the right thing to do. You’re giving yourself the tools to heal with the therapy and the independence. You will move on more quickly if you allow yourself to feel this loss.

I am at this point and very happy with our separate homes, staying over each other’s when convenient. We are in love and I don’t want the hassle of living together to jeopardize that. I see no need, honestly. I have no desire to clean up after anyone or be awakened by another’s very early morning alarm when I have a full day of work ahead of me.

Once we’ve achieved career success and home ownership it’s us who are weary about a partner moving in. I don’t want to play house with anyone. Just want to love and be loved.

Be open to the profound female connection and you’d be surprised that it can lead to physical intimacy. And let me tell you, a woman who cares for and loves you will please you better than any man using you as a hole to masturbate with would.

Work on why this is a focus for you. As you grow a d mature you should navigate to more important concerns, like building your career and filling your time with fulfilling relationships. There’s more important things in life than dock size. Check on any ocd / body dysmorohia tendencies if this continues to be something you can’t let go of in your head.

A bad lover is a selfish lover because he’s not interested in finding out what pleases his partner. He’s likely that way because he focuses 95% of the time on his own pleasure. He should be enjoying learning how to please.

There’s a difference between submission, forceful, rough and literally abusing/ inflicting pure pain. There’s a fine line but very easily ridden through when the partners actually care about each other. You can tell when your partner la is empathy and when they don’t. Maybe only comes through experience but I can assure you that when you’re struggling in pain and it’s not fun at all that person doesn’t give a shot about you. No one needs to ensure that the even one single second.

This is becoming more of the norm due to porn unfortunately, and while I do get the desirability of submissive dynamics, women need to ensure it’s something pleasurable for them and never ever feeling like being used or abused in reality. If the idea of being slightly but nothing truly hurt fully used and abused is sexy, yes yes yes but the minute it gets that way outside of a played out fantasy and into reality, no. No, you stop that shit immediately. A guy who does that doesn’t love you.

But it needs to be more about women. Many men view sex as getting their own pleasure when they really need to view it as pleasing their partner. When women are sexually satisfied, there is not a sacrifice to the exchange. The way for men to level the dynamic is to be good sexual partners. Pleasing their woman should be the primary goal, not using their woman. Both will get more satisfaction and pleasure from the encounter and there will be nothing sacrificed, nothing owed. Plus it’s just badass …

Lesson from NYC: Pretend you don’t hear them, you don’t see them, you’re busy, and you don’t speak English. No one on the street earns my attention nor do they deserve a response. I don’t feel bad. I’ve done this and it gets easier and easier over time. Then when they sort of test you you start to respond in ways that clearly indicate you’ll tolerate none of it. I lost count of how many times I told these women they have an extra child they never knew about. Her husband has the mentality of a child. We were programmed by society to take care of our husbands, and the home. Times have changed. We don’t need them anymore. Guys need to wake up and realize that. Well off people love to enjoy the company of a woman on vacation. It’s as simple as that. If he wanted more from you he’d go after it. I’ve been on your side of things and understand how hurtful it can be. You know you’re capable of having it all with someone, but you won’t be able to find it until you let go of him completely. It’s a process, I know. Best of luck to you.

Yep. Once having had a woman, it’s impossible to go with a man. So much softer, attentive, sensual using every part of our bodies, know what they’re doing, etc etc

Point well taken. My apologies. I could have framed my point much better. Shall I delete that comment?

My son is only 13, had a co-ed birthday party. I noticed him speaking and chillin with everyone equally, while his guy friends mostly kept to themselves awkwardly. Then I noticed those 5 friends happen to not have sisters, while my son has a strong personality older sister. He interacts with all jovially and in the same manner. His girl friends are just friends to him like his guy friends are. Real friends. He is used to having real connections with guys and girls alike. I can’t discount the fac…

Yes yes yes. I travel on business internationally alone, and have had to practice this muscle of ignoring attempts to get me to engage in unsafe situations. Perfect example- When walking alone from a restaurant on the street back to the hotel at dusk on Barcelona last October, two “tourists” (men) came up to me with a map in hand nicely asking for help. I ignored, kept walking without making eye contact, as I’ve done countless times in NYC when it’s not safe. I didn’t even flinch, hesitate, chan…

They think negging is a strategy. It’s a strategy to never see her again if she’s a HVW

As a gay woman, a woman’s genital color is so fuckin hot. I’m sorry, but any man who is turned off by that has an issue desiring a woman. I honestly would think he’s gay. Edit: same goes for her natural scent. It’s hot

Hi yep lessons learned. This is why I don’t text to much before a first date, especially small talk. If there’s no chemistry, someone gets hurt. We’ve all been there, on both sides of things. We love, and learn. For what it’s worth, he isn’t thinking of it again, so don’t think he’s sitting there mocking you. He just doesn’t want to small talk on Christmas, or ever, and was clear about letting you move on. That’s all this is- him being clear that you should move on to other prospects, instead of…

Christmas is an interesting time for those trying to get into the rotation. I met 2 prospects last weekend, one online , then video/ phone, and we made a date for this Friday; another in person who I met out dancing. The 2nd one wished me a merry Christmas Eve and left it at that... perfect. The other tried to continue small talk throughout Christmas eve/ Christmas Day, even asking what I’m up to, as if I’m doing something wrong by responding only intermittently but respectfully, excitedly about…

I was saying that I have 3 kids. I have no idea why you called me a childless woman. Girl you can have everything you want in life, and I realize you’ve been trapped by this relationship, but seriously, take advice of those who’ve been there and get out first. You’re still living with him and you have a 5m old and a 2 year old. Honestly for early 20s guys that is gonna likely be a dealbreaker for now. Especially HVMs. Once you’re out and free and have a stable alone time set with him taking the …

Get your life in order before you think about dating. You need a divorce, custody agreement, child support, etc. Then you can start dating a bit once you settle in to your free time. Best of luck to you

I’m same status as you. Hadn’t gotten much communication after a 2nd encounter. So I stopped responding or barely responded to texts. Then I’m hit with a “Did I do or say something bad?” I’m thinking, nah hon, it’s just that sending a kiss emoji is not enough effort. My response “No, it’s all good hon. Hope all is well.” Next.

Yeah. Hate to say it, because I know this is a popular strategy here, but if you neg a really high value woman, she will instantly be turned off. For good.

That’s what I do. They realize I have a good career, but not just how good. I’ve found that paying always works against me, even though I was usually happy to. My last long-term relationship I did have someone who wasn’t out for my money, so it is very possible to find, but I believe rare.

I understand your point but what if you’re at the top % of earners? I can’t expect anyone to make more than me at mid-6. Not anyone working, anyway, and I don’t respect those with only inheritance money. I respect those who earn it themselves.

Yep I realized that I’m attracted by those who pursue me, who express a desire for me. That naturally led to me sitting back and letting those individuals rise to the top, to make the effort. As they do, I reinforce by responding well and facilitating the interaction. No chasing here, I like to be chased. I need them to be flexible to my very busy life, until I catch interest and then I find myself making time for them. For me, this works well. I highly recommend it.

My ex husband thought he was a saint for “helping me” by doing the dishes and yard work. Didn’t know school start times for 3 kids, never bought a birthday or Christmas present for extended family or friends, went grocery shopping, cooked, bought clothes, made appointments, etc etc etc. Oh and I supported us financially while he went through some failed businesses and consulting work. Now I’m much happier with supporting 3 kids instead of 4. ETA: the link above about not knowing how to wipe thei…
