I'm older than most of you gals, so my dating goals don't include marriage or an LTR. I've already been married and divorced, had my children, make great money, and have become WGTOW. Marriage just isn't what I want, but I still date and, thanks to FDS, won't tolerate LVM. If a man is going to have the pleasure of being in my life he better be bringing his best.

So...

I had been seeing a man since August. He started off incredible. In addition to being tall, handsome, and successful, he was also a perfect gentleman, kept in contact multiple times a day, and was very affectionate. The whole nine yards.

Then he started slipping. Taking hours to reply to my texts, wanting low effort dates (always at his place), prioritizing other things above me, etc.

Over the last week or so he also started to become very critical. One example included the high tone of my voice when I expressed sadness at his revelation he wouldn't be able to take time off work to see his family at Christmas. What? I'm a girl. We have high pitched voices. Lol

Others included the way I baby my two Shih Tzu or that I over decorate my home. It was weird.

This weekend was supposed to be his first visit to my new house I bought 6 weeks ago. You guessed it, he cancelled at the last minute.

Did I freak out? Cry? Tell him it was unfair after all the times I went to see him? Point out he was becoming increasingly detached and critical of me?

Nope. I didn't say a word. I simply blocked him and deleted him from my contacts.

I didn't bother to address it or give him a chance to play the card about women being crazy, emotional, or sensitive.

Long live FDS. ✊
