Hey man I just had an interesting and difficult long weekend that ended with the most retrospective personal growth yesterday and today. I have also been thinking about my mom and how much she did for me. We had a great heart to heart over text message today. It's nice to be loved.

This is exactly what I have been struggling with. I have become such a shredded badass that girls seem nervous even terrified by their attraction to me. Everywhere I go I melt pussy I smell it wafting at me all day. (shoulder to waist ratio boys, get V'd out) The thing is I have spent so much of my life trying not to be a nice guy... now I'm such a badass that girls CRAVE nice guy from me. It's all so fucking confusing. Edit: Downvoting without replying: HATERS

Oh I'm 100% there I have been training the highest level mixed martial arts for the past 5 years... It's just funny to me how I no longer have to prove that I am a badass (it's all over my exterior image), I have to prove that I am a nice guy. Shit has totally reversed. Some good real life comparisons would be The Rock doing shit like Moana and Brenden Schaub (if you are familiar) doing E! red carpet commentary. That being said I coincidentally watched the lion king again recently for the first …

I'm going through the same thing recently. I was such a boring repulsive nice guy my whole life... it's so ironic that once you become a massively intimidating badass, society craves that nice guy mentality from you! I have heard it called "comfort test" here before. It's like everywhere I go people are terrified of me until I comfort them in some overly nice way, which ironically REPULSED people when I was young. It's so confusing being an intelligent human male...

I don't actually weigh it out but something like 2 grams maybe... (one cap and two stems -ish) 5 grams is supposed to blast you into hell I think the most I have done at once is 2-3

If you are really really brave then yea. You won't be able to look away or escape for 8 hours+... even if you close your eyes. I consider it a very similar feeling to when I walked into an MMA gym for the first time in my entire life. I was so nervous and every instinct was telling me to run, but I went through with it anyway.

yea honestly It could be the perfect solution. The trip is almost always unpleasant, especially if you are alone and it is night (safest trip is during the day with friends). the fascinating thing is that regardless if the trip is good or bad, the next day is almost always one of the best days of your life. Studies show people who take mushrooms, even when they have a bad trip, show increased happiness for the next six months.

this is all very true... Its so fucking tough for a "nice guy" with a good heart to be judged by society as a potential threat... thanks TELEVISION for sewing fear into the hearts of the weak... I feel like confidence is really really important for breaking out of an introvert thought prison. Become really good at something (in my case martial arts) to the point where you know you are better than or above the person you are speaking to... then you aren't afraid to say anything you want as soon a…

nah man just caught me on a down day. Last night I earned the respect of everyone in what I would consider to be the best MMA gym in the entire world, then took two buses home and caused both of the entire bus to be filled with the most intense pussy-stink I have ever experienced. I am literally the most attractive person people have often ever met both physically AND mentally.

to be fair I was taking a decent amount of psychedelic mushrooms over the past week visiting another city and It caused me to experience the some of the worst and best days of my life in one week span lol.

Thats great advice. Over the past few years I have been worried about keeping up such a badass manly image that I now realize it was making me a lot less attractive than I could be. Over the past few days I started opening up with people more, and considering I am already a giant shredded dude society craves comfort and open honesty from me at this point, I am realizing. I think this is what makes guys like Dwayne Johnson successful, he was already that scary badass but he did Moana and silly sh…

I just had a completely transcendent experience last night at literally what I would call the best MMA gym in the entire world. I am respected by the most talented people in the UFC and every single woman wants my dick. I took a 5 hour bus ride home yesterday and the entire bus was stinking like pussy after every little move I made. I had never experienced anything like that in my life. The same thing happened on the next bus to my house as maybe 10 high school girls got on to the bus one by one…

Thanks so much man. This has been a really crucial week in my life with a sort of a make-or-break feel. I don't think I would ever go through with suicide but having the thought in your mind constantly and really wishing for it sometimes deep down can be agony. It really seems worse than that sweet sweet eternal rest lol. I'm so tired... And yes I am a man who leads by action and not words. You know what has been a huge blessing for me? Uber pool. This is so true... in an MMA gym environment I am almost always top dog and my high level coaches like Eddie Bravo and Alan Jouban usually respect me more than anyone else in class and the women are completely goo-goo eyed and hover around me trying to get my attention constantly. The thing is I just keep to myself and am zero talk and all action. The girls are too intimidated to reach out to me... and I am in the gym to get a workout and not to make friends (even though it's what I really want)…

I have had that great lonely life for the past 10 years and extremely proud of all the accomplishments I have made and consider myself physically and mentally stronger than 99% of people... If you are going to tell me that human contact is not a basic need like food and water you are misinformed. I am borderline brilliant artist and a genius with martial arts technique... Rear Naked Choke is the highest percentage submission... a simple arm-drag or double under-hooks clinch to the back with end most of these big guys quickly. This is what Royce Gracie in the original UFC was all about
/r/TheRedPill19/04/18 05:41 AM

That goes for Muay Thai but not BJJ. With BJJ a smaller guy is much more likely to choke out (destroy) a big scary guy than if he had Muay Thai skills to land a liver shot or some shit.

I used to hate and dread when people would ask me "what do you do" ...now I love talking about MMA training (to anybody) It immediately puts that hardworking rich guy that is so desperate to look down on you in his true place and has him questioning the time he has invested in his less rewarding career.

Lots of MMA and kickboxing classes will have you hitting pads and mitts and other people's gloves. Just skip sparring day. Also BJJ you take virtually zero head contact because there are no strikes, it's only grappling. That being said teeing off on the heavy bag is a great workout and so much fun!

Leo is not even close to one of the most attractive on earth... is he even a legit 10? I don't think so ...more like an 8 or 9. He never had a great body like Brad Pitt in Fight Club for example. He just got the right roles at the right times in his life and his STATUS is off the charts not necessarily his looks. You could place any number of dudes in the record-breaking movie Titanic and girls would swoon regardless of looks.

The reason I'm mad is that women almost always say one thing and do another. They delude themselves about their primal desires. MEN DON'T DO THIS. We are honest about being slutty pigs. Women act all high and mighty but turn into complete putty sluts for the right guy. Stop trying to teach me your delusions and actually consider learning something here. I been in jail a couple times in a country-ass suburb of Atlanta Georgia. There's something to eating a lot but not getting FAT fat that keeps you attractive as you age. (keeping healthy weight on) It seems like many women starve themselves thinking it will make them "thin" and attractive but this drives them to the wall faster and wrecks their skin. Meanwhile the woman who eats a lot and keeps health weight on can keep that youthful glow. First example that comes to mind is Sophia Vergara. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brother trust me on this... I was way too deep into gaming in my early years also... BJJ uses the exact same parts of your brain as a video game or chess match but you use your body and get exercise. It's so much fun it hardly feels like exercise until you are sore AF the day after. You will literally get muscular and shredded playing a GAME Jiu Jitsu!

Dude Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is exactly what you are looking for trust me. It's perfect community for what you are describing. Every time I am traveling to a new city I know that the BJJ school will welcome me with open arms (whether I am moving or just visiting) Everyone has this bond of going through serious hardship and ego-destruction but also a friendly rivalry. BJJ gyms love having an interesting new challenger visit. Personally I go even beyond BJJ and do all aspects of MMA and enjoy the UFC …

Yet this is what women are obsessed with all day long according to the romance novels, TV and movies. The big secret is... they only want it all from a ridiculously high-status man.

I think she just turned around because she felt more comfortable with Michael during that embarrassing moment. (The whole thing is embarrassing) Guaranteed she would rather fuck Michael than dork-boy based on her body language... which is still somewhat surprising to my beta side. Even "Chad" who is 100% comfortable around women might have issues with live TV exposure. That being said she looked like she felt safer with BBC Michael than with goofy dude. Probably would rather fuck him too.

Best advice I can give... DO JIU JITSU It is the perfect sport for a gamer. It is often described as Chess with your arms and legs. It uses the exact same quick time strategy and problem solving parts of your brain that gaming does. Jiu Jitsu players are thought of as "computer geeks". If you have oneitis for a girl based on just her looks this is 100% applicable. But what about shared interests? What if she is the coolest chick that enjoys the same hobby as you and seems 100% dedicated? For my case there is a girl in my martial arts gym that just seems perfect for my interests and passions. If she stays the way she is she is going to be an even better version of herself. There are awesome women in their 50s who compete in martial arts tournaments

I think there are a lot more factors to height and broad shoulders than just luck and genetics. For example... what did you eat your entire life? Were you getting all of your nutrients EVERY DAY FOR FIFTEEN YEARS? I highly doubt it. America is the empty calorie capital of the world. Were you getting excess of healthy calories? I got chubby AF in 8th grade then shot up like a bean pole in high school. For sure I would not have grown as much if I wasn't carrying that extra weight.

Shopping malls and superstores are all about getting men horny to spend more money. Supposedly the smell of Cinnabon turns men on and makes them spend more on their girls and that's why it's in every mall. Well redpills advice is to marry someone with a much lower SMV than your own that way she will always be super grateful to have you and terrified to leave via dread game. (There are NO unicorns... all women are as loyal as their options) Common example is Mark Zuckerbergs wife who is a solid 5/10. He is rich enough to fuck with any girl but he knows she will never find someone even close to his SMV that would choose to fuck that for the rest of their lives

Games are fun but it's not going to help you AT ALL when you encounter someone that trains MMA. Any physical being is going to steal yo girl... even if you make millions in the gaming industry... your girl is going to have thirsty eyes for the fit badass when it's time to fuck. If you are cool with always being #2 and staring at your shoes when a martial artist is around... keep gaming. IMO all this redpill stuff is about being the baddest man in any room you enter.
/r/TheRedPill08/06/17 07:11 PM

I feel like MMA is the ultimate hobby/passion because it trumps all of the others. Absolutely NONE of your tinkering finger-skills or verbal mastery matter when someone can beat the shit out of you. Also you can discuss it with virtually anybody because fighting is inherent to human genetics. Literally everyone will have at least some level of respect for you if you train every day.
/r/TheRedPill08/06/17 07:08 PM

Get into MMA. If you are 35 and you can beat the shit out of any 20 year old that is your status right there. Any man will hang/bow his head before you. If you have a healthy mind and body you can "party" ...let loose, dance, get wild without drinking. Drinking is a crutch for the young and weak-minded insecure who can't let loose on their own.

You wouldn't enter a relationship with them... but you would cheat on your husband with one of them. (LoL) Its about sex and genes, primal instinct not caring and relationship. TRP is not a guide to finding your "soulmate" its a guide to instilling these instincts in women ("tingles") by being a high-status badass (I.E. TV star, rock star, rapper, athlete) I feel like I am telling you more about you than you know about yourself lol. That makes me feel pretty smart :p thanks TRP

Pretty much. Make yourself the very best version of yourself that you can, and you can have all the women you want. When a "nice guy" gives another guy a gift... they generally like them for it. For a girl to "like" a guy... he has to be super sexy tall fit confident dominant asshole I.E. Christian Grey from 50 shades. That's simply what it takes to make a girl like a guy in today's society. I would personally put huge blame on television. No it's these fucking non-believing naysayers and faggots that use the word "cringey" A real man never fucking "cringes" or finds anything cringey... that is the exact opposite of maintaining frame (the core principle of TRP) Redditors bitching about good looks being everything is so not TRP. It's fucking infuriating to see that here. Maintaining frame and having ultimate confidence and abundance mentality is everything... not good looks FFS

Or he maintains frame like a god damn brick shithouse
/r/TheRedPill16/05/17 07:28 AM

Humbleness and Humility is what is lacking in TRP today. The very core of TRP is that YOU ARE NOT SHIT and it's time to start working to become the shit. You are not the shit just because you FOUND TRP. There is still lots of work to do boys. You are a white belt when you discover jiu jitsu and martial arts... not a black belt or "alpha" just because you discovered it.
/r/TheRedPill14/05/17 01:46 AM

I don't know about this.... as an alpha you can get female friends to dote on you and bring you gifts just by staying cool/sexy and maintaining frame. It's like a hot chick having orbiters almost the same benefits. I wouldn't count that out as not worth it... sometimes there are no negatives at all to the relationship. Doting females have even gotten me jobs before.

True/Same.... I'm just making a point that you can't even discuss metabolism without factoring in exercise. With a purely sedentary lifestyle no ones metabolism functions property regardless of genetics That being said I have had cheat days eating 5-6 massive donuts and not lost my abs just by rigorous MMA training 5 times a week

They could both eat the same and exercise differently. Rigorous exercising gives room to eat more (and fairly worse) and still have abs

I feel you on point one. Point two is why I do jiu jitsu and MMA. I can fuck up any average person on the streets in ten seconds flat... But compared to a black belt or high level striker I ain't shit. These guys remind me every day. Also as I have learned here holding frame especially with body language is key. I f you hold your hear high, don't look down, never touch your face etc. even the black belts will think you are some sort of mysterious god (outside the mats of course)

Dude spot on this is my life... I have been training MMA for the past 4 years and after the 1st year I started noticing these IOIs (especially from walking around the mall, the mall is actually an extremely sexual environment everyone is horny) The backing up on the dance floor is hilarious! My theory about the girls getting loud after you have passed is that it's a last ditch effort to get you to turn around and acknowledge them. It's always loud and desperate or forced sounding laugh or statem…

Nope nope nope. Learning game is essential you can be an Adonis and if you can't approach and escalate sexually with women they will think you are not interested and get turned off. Also you can come across as TOO interested and that is also a turn off. An attractive man with no other options signal that there is something wrong with you. Game is more essential than good looks for sure, but granted good looks gets you a head start.

I also used to like her, a LONG time ago maybe 2009 or so... Her comedy used to be super snarky and condescending towards mainstream female opinion. It's actually a recent trend of RP main characters in anime. I have a feeling the "men's rights" mentality is sinking in a bit in the BP metropolis that is Japan. Some good recent examples are No Game No Life and Shokugeki no Souma (Food Wars). No Game No Life has a rather pathetic love interest who is hopelessly in love with the main character (even though she has to compete with the MCs first love, his adorable little sister that he sleeps with) and follows him around like a dog (literally wea…

I heard the other day that women are able to develop hips/ass (even with a sedentary lifestyle) in order to be able to give birth. Men on the other hand have no reason whatsoever to develop hips/ass in a sedentary lifestyle. You gotta go out there and earn it.

Start training jiu jitsu or MMA. You would be a natural beast with your size and athelete ism. Your super-lucky that you can start early. If you spent 4-5 years you could be a purple belt. That basically means you can choke anyone out on the streets. And you would still be in your early 20s. You would be a black belt by 26-27 the prime of your life. A true savage warrior not a fit dork who used to play sports (like my brother lol)
/r/TheRedPill19/09/15 03:16 AM
1

Clearly you have never rolled before. Primal survival instincts take over and immediately block out any sweaty sexy man (gay) thoughts you might have. And yes when you train MMA you are learning how to kill someone. Repeated blows to the head and/or asphyxiation by death grip is literally how you shut someone's brain off for good. When someone is trying to do this to you, there is NO TIME for thinking about how sexy his muscles look or how big his piece is.
/r/TheRedPill26/08/15 05:20 AM

You need to get your sexuality sorted out son, you might be gay or bi. Nothing sexual to be afraid of about two men (or women) in a death match unless your bringing it with you

Spent a lot of time in high level gym environments over the years... And it seems to me like TRP/AWALT applies just as much if not more in such an animalistic environment. The girls always seek the alphas. They watch the men literally fight to establish dominance like they were Stags or Rams in the wild butting heads. It's a fascinating and electrifying environment. Lots of fun. I'm going to class in 1 hour ;)
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 02:54 PM

Jiu jitsu man... Why not learn to roll with these girls? Girls line up in my gym to roll with me lol. They get soo wet and giggly with those saucer eyes. I'm all about short shorts and speedos. Show off as much sexy meaty thigh as you like IMO. I am hoping to set a trend in the next 5-10 years of short compression shorts or bike shorts with a baggy T shirt becomes a new style. Like when an MMA fighter puts on a t shirt after a fight. Show off them sexy legs dudes The fact that women can wear Bikini bottoms in public (and no one bats an eye) kind of infuriates me.

This is still the most mind blowing aspect of TRP to me. Noticing it every day. Basically Alphas are allowed to be "creeps" and "perverts" by women. (while all men are "creeps" and "perverts" inherently)

Yea, I'm going to have to read them. Is now a good time to start? I don't really want to get ahead of the show... And fuck yea Jaime Lannister is by far my favorite character in the show. If he is half the badass he is in the show in the books, count me in haha. Dude is a real man RP as fuck.

Assuming this is Tokyo your talking about? I have heard much better things about Osaka people. (From a savage american standpoint lol) Apparently they are more likely to have fun, break the law, bend social norms, be rude and crude, etc etc. Always planned on Osaka instead of Tokyo because I assumed the women would be more loose and open to AF.

Lmao bitch you WISH I was a 5. Someone is jealous. I am definitely intimidating to women. 6'2" shredded and when I am in public I am usually doing handstands capoira or wrestling drills. That shit scary son. Women don't approach me, they fucking sidle up to me and stand next to me like flies on shit but are too uncomfortable to make the next step. That's AFs job clearly. They position themselves near me and PRAY for my approach. I see all day every day.

I like to live life with no regrets for these reasons... You would not be who you are today (the you that you now love) if things played out differently. What I'm saying is take ANY dude. If he has the discipline to get that physique, and master his frame to the level of James Bond, most girls would swoon for him over a gorgeous 6'2" shy wallflower with a beta mentality. Facial features and height barely mean shit if you have bond-level game and musculature.

I watched Casino Royale last night (interesting highly TRP James Bond movie) I realized that Daniel Craig is not THAT good looking in the face. I mean his face has got to be just a 7-8 out of 10. Also he is 5'10"... not THAT tall. However through a chiseled physique and steel skyscraper frame, he is able to become pretty much the perfect man. Let that sink in, a decent looking 5'10" guy can become virtually the perfect man.

Mixed Martial Arts - A combination of a wide variety of martial arts, carefully picking and choosing skills that best suit your needs. Jeet Kune Do - A combination of a wide variety of martial arts, carefully picking and choosing skills that best suit your needs. Bruce Lee was the first famous Mixed Martial Artist. Even Wrestling and Boxing are martial arts. They are more western, so I can understand why they are not synonymous with "traditional" (eastern) martial arts at first. That being said,…

You seem very confused about martial arts and applying them successfully to your life. (You are already doing it and not knowing) I have to recommend the book "On the Warriors Path" by Daniele Bolelli It explains how MMA and JKD are basically the same, and Bruce Lee really did know what is best. (What's best for each person can be vastly different)

Sounds like you have never been to a high level MMA gym geared for competition. I used to train at AKA in San Jose. It's certainly not hurting their game though, lol.)

Zen Buddhism is basically about attaining enlightenment by being the best version of yourself you can be. Taoism (true zen) is about being a complete being and embracing all of the qualities of the yin/yang spectrum of any situation. (Therefor being the best person you can be.) Redpill is basically zen minus the spirituality/enlightenment aspect. Maintaing your frame and responding to shit tests is very zen. Especially once you have mastered it.

Most of the time they really don't have to eat less if they just go absolutely ham with exercise... Unless they are eating shit like cake and donuts. Just cut that shit out and you could eat twice as much chicken breast or Greek yogurt as cake to fill the void.

Once again, fear is the enemy of truth. The men are afraid that everything they have "worked for" (worked at being nice guy) is all in vain. They just can't allow that to be their reality. (Yet... lol) The women are afraid that all the men will choose someone younger and hotter if they have options.

Clicking with people who are opposites... This is a problem for me. I need to work on this. I salute you for succeeding. I have a bit of a superiority complex and short patience when people talk about vapid things that I deem pointless and a waste of time.

I disagree. I say these people are just too dumb to live outside generalizations. Been watching Sherlock lately. If a smart dude like that looked at me he would be able to judge me on more than my T shirt.

Seriously your not getting this at all. I'm not acting like a duck. "Bros" are acting like a duck. They wear MMA brand clothing to intimidate people and usually don't train. See I train, but it comes from my geeky intelligent side. I stared martial arts to get some yang in my yin-yang. Not to bully people. And no I don't talk like a duck, if these people spoke to me for five minutes they would see I don't fall into any social group. I am more of a peaceful loner.

...Or I can laugh at what an idiot they are for making a false assumption based on the brand of T shirt I wear and fit body. That's no reason to hate somebody and try to hurt them with exclusion.

You can't judge a book by its cover. Labeling someone a bro is like labeling them as the enemy. They are being just as douchey as the bros they hate

I'm totally with you dude. I hate that "bro" label more than anything. Yea I'm a fun-loving active guy who is in great shape. What a douche! I especially hate it because it usually comes from gamers and anime fans, a group I was part of during teen years and early adulthood. Now it's like they want to exclude me before learning my interests are the same as theirs.

The joy of your simple "hobbies" is nothing compared to the love you feel for your children. The reward system in your brain changes chemically and you are rewired to adore them. That's why social media people post mad pictures of their baby when no one gives a fuck. The same chemical response for seeing their baby pic is one they used to have for hockey jerseys or whatever hobby

Thanks, great FR. I have also been noticing things like this lately because I have also been resisting urges to fidget and keep frame. It seems like the vast majority of people are slaves to their own body language. The most common one I notice is when a girl sees me then immediately goes to touch/fix her hair. There will always be good ones and bad ones. You can't talk shit about TV shows like Breaking Bad because trashy reality shows are the norm. Well being alpha male is different from being a successful business mogul. I think alpha men are more likely to be somewhat caring, and help other people down in the dumps rise up and get to where they are. The successful republican business types are usually complete sociopaths who would literally step on a poor family in order to raise their stock value. One is typically a lot more evil. Dude you gotta try martial arts... I can't begin to explain how great it will make you feel. There is no reason to put this off... Go tomorrow! If you put it off you will just regret not starting earlier. Look into Jiu-Jitsu classes in your area, then check their schedule for a No-Gi class. Everyone's relationship with weed is different. For me personally, when I'm high I get motivated as fuck. I never get high to avoid things I should be doing. The one thing I can't do high is study my Japanese. Granted its tough to sit down and do it sober also lol.
