The new "MRA" has been taken over by egalitarianism and has become an ideology rather than any kind of a reality based movement. The things egalitarianism suggests will have an end result of detriment for men, because egalitarianism is feminism 2.0: it will end up at the same place (female supremacy) based on the same argument (equality) based on the same flaw (not understanding the differences between men and women).

To understand what an ideology is, I suggest the following quote:

Since most people can’t pronounce ideology, much less define it, a brief definition is in order: any prescriptive values system, in contrast to deductive value systems. A prescriptive value system tells you what you should do; a deductive one tries to figure out reality, and tell you what will happen if you do x, y or z, and thus points out what an optimal course of action is. (from here)

Because the new MRA is an ideology, it doesn't consider the results of it's goals of egalitarianism. It just sees "equality" as "right" and doesn't consider anything past that. Instead, the MRM needs to start considering the logical consequences of it's desires to see the results.

There are no universal goods, even equality. Everything has a cost. If you can't name the detriments of equality, then you are not making a cost/benefit analysis of your desired path and instead are just following popular opinion mindlessly. "Equality" isn't a goal, at best it's a path. But what is it a path towards?
