You have the right to vote and the right to equal pay/education. Just about every law after that doesn't have distinct proof that feminists made it pass. Sooo, when talking with a feminist, any law that's in favour of equality will be credited as feminist work, but any law that's sexist in favour of women and any distinct lack of laws to address equality in favour of men won't be blamed on feminism at all. Trying to argue about actual laws won't work.

You can, however, blame feminists for being completely mute about issues like prison sentencing (20:1 m:f ratio of prison inmates), death sentencing (100:1 m:f ratio of US executions. Not kidding.), rape laws (the UK, and several other countries, legally say women cannot rape), huge parts of healthcare such as the ACA (look it up), and a loada other legal stuff that feminists just never talk about.

Simply ask that person what their current plan is to even out the unequal pay in part time jobs where women earn more than men for the same or even lesser work.

Or about their plans to even out the mortality rate of workers or soldiers, right now they are 20/1 and around 10,000/1 respectively.

Then if she asks what your plans are to combat "general discrimination" you should either call BS on what is most likely going to be BS or make it clear that you oppose whatever form of discrimination.

The DEAR COLLEAGUE LETTER promulgated by the Dept. of Education in April 2011. This was a dream of far leftist and feminist activists on campus.

Rule Fed.Evid. 413, where feminists joined hands with Bob Dole and other law-and-order conservative in Congress to push through the single most obnoxious threat to the community of the wrongly accused.

The law forbidding anonymity for men accused of sex crimes that was proposed by the new government in Britain two years ago -- it was crushed by the UK's vibrant feminist community.

The elimination of the rule requiring corroboration. This change was not done in bad faith and is reasonable on its face, but in practice, it is often misapplied. Now men and boys charged with rape in "he said/she said" cases often need their own corroborating evidence (for instance, a video) to have the charges dropped. (Can anyone say "Hofstra"?) In many cases, the rule change just flipped the requirement for corroboration on its head, placing it squarely on the accused (a perversion of the centuries-old Blackstone's formulation). I see no outcry from the feminist community about a series of injustices that have been allowed to occur because district attorneys are too quick to charge.

Not laws but still examples of feminists fighting against equality

The fight from feminists and the women's center against the creation of a men's center at SFU.

There's also the protests from feminists against Warren Farrel, who was simply speaking on why boys are doing so much worse in school and how they can be helped.

Too many examples to mention. Try the new law in Britain which allows a woman to complain of abuse against her husband and to have him evicted for one month from his own home before any evidence is heard and before he has been able to defend himself.

Also in Britain, the Labour Party had to retroactively change laws to justify their discriminatory women-only shortlist policies.

Also consider the influence on policy: offices for women, affirmative action, disparate spending on women's health, application of laws so that women get lighter sentences etc.
