What is the difference between this subreddit and r/masculism?

I think /r/masculism was created by some lady from "2XChroms" because she wanted to have a mens-right's reddit without "all the misogyny of /r/mensrights/.

Let me see if I can find the proof of that.

I've only found this:

But I can clearly remember reading a comment of a feminist saying she will create /r/masculism. Anyway I will post it here if I find it. For now just consider the fact that /r/feminism and all other female-driven reddits direct to /r/masculism but not here. Also they have "be nice" policy on the sidebar.

r/masculism looks at men's issues through a feminist perspective, this subreddit is extremely anti-feminist. The sidebar has lots of links on why r/MenRights believes feminism is not the solution to mens rights and if you stick around long enough you will realize many commenters view feminism as a hate movement designed to deprive men of rights.

We have way more members? Tho beyond that, they take on more of gender equality or an egalitarianism view point, which I would argue isn't a MRM thing.

The number one priority of any mens rights movement has to be not being co-opted by feminism. That forum you link to is a rather chilling example of why mens rights must never entertain feminism. Something our mods here do not yet get.

I think r/masculism is a bit more focused on men's issues and they aren't fundraising for violentacrez beer money.
