It's sickening how her lawyer is slandering the dead man. Continually abused her throughout her pregnancy? Bullshit.

The police charged her with first degree murder, so they have a good reason to think it was premeditated.

Hilberling lists herself, Josh and their son Levi as plaintiffs in the case. Hilberling is asking for $10,000 in actual damages as well as pain and suffering, grief, loss of earnings and household contributions, loss of consortium and punitive damages.

She's been in and out of jail; currently, in:

Hilberling is charged with second degree murder in the case and remains in jail waiting for her March 11th, 2013 trial. Hilberling had been out on bond but that was revoked after she tested positive for marijuana twice.

Except the first time a woman attacked me, she nearly cut my wrists open with her fingernails.
That was the point where I punched. Once. End of story.

And unlike some extremists, I did not irrationally hate all women after that.

The way the story is presented, attorneys for the woman claim she was subjected to continuing abuse and is therefore the real victim. Even if these allegations are true, however, they do not entitle the victim to murder the man.

When you consider that the man had already pursued a restraining order, I think this is a pretty good story for illustrating that women are not the eternal victims.

It remains to be seen how the murder trial goes.

this is why you always hit women back.... women hit men becuase they think they will get away with it.

i know 2 girls that admited to hitting there boyfreinds... they didnt believe they would get hit back they told me.... well there boyfreind did hit them back and now they admit they will never hit a guy again... and they now realize women only hit men becuase they think men wont hit back... thats why we always have to hit women back, its the only way children (women) will learn

always hit a women back... not just for your own sake... but to teach her a lesson she will remeber for the rest of her life, for ALL mens sake.
