You had sex. It could be argued that as she was drunk you took advantage of her. It could be argued she chose to get drunk. It could be argued regret plus sex does not make rape. It could be argued that sex is not horrible, only threats make it horrible.

In your specific case it really depends what evidence the police can gather and if the prosecution decides there is enough evidence to proceed.

I will go against the party line here and say: If someone is "black-out drunk", don't have sex with them.

No person in that state is anywhere near capable of making decisions about who they want to have sex with.
It will protect you from exactly the situation you are now in.
