I too am going to have to say that this is taken out of context. If you watch the whole documentary you'd see that the cameras are small hidden ones that cannot be seen by the public. You'd also see that much worse happens than in that one minute clip. Just because there are worse things happening in the world, doesn't mean it's not wrong.

Duh.. yeah. Unless he is a sheikh from the Middle East or something, he is just going to be a poor immigrant to Belgium. How many well-off women wouldn't feel harassed by poor immigrants soliciting their favour?

For feminism(or even for a lot of women in general), most or all unwanted sexual attention from men(not so much from other women) is labelled as either "creepy", "intimidating" or "sexual harassment" by default. What it really comes down to is basic disdain for men, contempt for male sexuality and/or a vilification of their biological attraction towards women but no one really thinks much of it because it such a commonly accepted form of heterophobia. It's a lot easier to look down on men who try to initiate contact with women, or who simply are open about the fact that they are attracted to women, when you're in a privileged position, when the attention comes for free , when you've never really had to work to find any kind of success or when you've never really been put into their situation. This video kind of goes out of its way to present male attempts at communication in a public space, or perhaps the presence of men in a public space, as a malevolent attack or a nuisance to women; which really a non-healthy, or misandric, way to look at it to begin with.

I would say her experience is unfortunate. I would also say it is less unfortunate than a transexual would experience, or a goth, or a 300lbs+ man, or a young male etc. It also might be less unfortunate than simply being very poor or an alcoholic etc.

I could just as easily find a combination of dress and location walked to get a much more offensive video than that.
