Okay so this isn't a real thing. Yet. But I was reading this article and got to the point where it talks about the different ways in which men and women like to divide payment to workers (Men would give more money to people who worked harder, where women would distribute money equally.) And something hit me on the head. If we consider that the ideas talked about in the article are well founded and mostly correct, then it would mean that the likelyhood for a communistic society to function would increase dramatically the more women in official positions of power.

Of course this is not to say that if a communist country was run entirely by women it would be beneficial to everyone always, but I think it's at least an interesting thought experiment. At the very least on paper it gives the explanation "Communism works in principle, but not in practice." a new perspective.
