If you look at the Wikipedia bios of feminist leaders, the majority are commies/marxists/socialists.

I don't know if this is a product of gender, or gender bias in upbringing.

I've noticed that boys seem to be brought up with the idea that everything is a competition, while girls seem to be brought up with the idea that everything is cooperation.

I think that if everyone was raised under the same conditions, the numbers of men and women who pay evenly vs. by merit would be about the same.

Please explain, why distributing money equally is better than giving more money to those who work harder? In which universe this "works"?

You are correct that women are inherently communist. Communism is a very feminine idea, because women want to be taken care of by others. This is why when women are granted the right to vote a socialist welfare state ensues.

This whole leftist movement that has taken over the western world, political correctness, "affirmative action", big government socialism, it all can be described as feminization of the culture. Everything is about feelings now. And the end result of all this is pure and utter fascism. In other words, leftism = fascism.

Also note that what basically has happened is women have replaced the role of the husband/father with the government. And what will it take to rebuild fatherhood? Repealing the 19th Amendment.

Regarding whether women would be more likely to create a communist society.... Women are inherently more selfish than men and less moral, as I explained here:

Pay attention especially to emotional stability and rule-consciousness, where women are on the low end. Women are more likely to react emotionally, are less emotionally stable and mature, and are easily upset. Women are also more expedient and less rule-conscious, in other words they are more selfish and less moral and dutiful.

I should have added that women being more expedient and less rule conscious also means they are more likely to disregard rules. Put this together with emotional instability and you have a creature which is much more likely to lash out with little to no thought of right and wrong, thinking only about herself and her desire to harm others.

So women might be more likely to create a communist society as long as it rested on the shoulders of men. This is why women often band together today as a group, because they know it benefits them personally to do so. Women desire men to serve them, and so they are happy to force men into slavery for women as a group, which is exactly what feminism is about, and is exactly what is happening today. Men are forced into slavery to pay for women through alimony, through "child" support, and through taxes that primarily men pay and primarily women receive. Meanwhile men have very few rights in comparison to women. This is, of course, what socialism requires in practice: a slave class whose wealth is transferred to the perpetual victim class. This is how all leftism works: it steals from the productive to give to the unproductive, which is exactly what women have been doing to men for all eternity. Yes, socialism/Marxism/leftism is an extension of female psychology, just as feminism is. After all, feminism is intrinsic to leftism.

Women want to be taken care of, and now, so do we. We now rely heavily on government in order to survive. There is plenty of material out there on this topic. For example, The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America by Charlotte Iserbyt. Here's a nice review on Amazon:
