The man has received all types of death threats and if you read the comments of the waitress's Facebook page all her friends could care less, some saying she shouldn't even have to apologize. I think a nice libel lawsuit is in order. At least this time when she falsely accused someone of something, unlike the last time, no one went to jail.

I would think that she would be fired. Tips are gratuity, and while the guy was a dick, you get paid to take shit from customers, its part of any job with customer interaction.

Why is this on mensrights? Yes, the original person was a douche. Yes, the waitress went way overboard, even had she targeted the correct individual and additionally targeted the wrong individual. How does someone being a cunt have any bearing?
