Reading some of the other articles it appears the prosecution presented the case as if she got stoned and had sex with her boyfriend, but did so in front of the kids. However, reading her statements it sounds like the 6 year old was somehow involved in the encounter, but the articles don't go into any details. Not really sure what happened, but this is a pretty fucked up case.
