If she has kids already, maybe.

Don't underestimate the driving force of baby fever. Women will do whatever it takes to get that baby batter into their hungry womb, and lying about birth control is fair game. Wrap it up and take it with you or flush (or drop a little bleach in and mix of you can be alone for a few minutes).

I'd be extremely wary. Women that old are only attracted to guys as young as you if they want to take advantage of your inexperience. Think about it. She could just as easily have a 21 year old man, just as handsome and charming as you (probably more so, men's SMV increases a ton from teen years to adulthood), who can at least get into bars, and has enough women under his belt to be wary of a 31 year old who "doesn't want a relationship, but doesn't want a one night stand either", (whatever that means).

Should you not do it? Eh, it might be a good learning experience, you might have some fun, and you might make it out relatively unscathed. Personally, if I was 19, I'd be banging 17-20 year old women. Forget 31 year old women (at that stage of life). USE a condom. If there are condoms with spermicide gels lub around you, use those. Baby fever is a REAL thing. Really very real. Don't trust a word she says. Don't even play around without the condom, (you'll be really tempted to).
