My personal goal is to have a big upper body. I like the classic physique as they say it in the bodybuilding world. AKA Arnold, Serge Nubret... for example.

That is:

Don't go for the extreme on either fat or skinny
Exercise regularly
Balanced diet

Women's tastes change, and it will be extremely stupid and un-RP to sacrifice your long term health for mere attraction.
