My favorite feminist statement. They can't stand the idea of men banning women from anything. The workplace, the clubs, the gyms, and now even sports (women entering men's golf tournaments, etc). It just drives them up a wall and they will whine about oppression until even most women around them have rolled their eyes at least once.

But now that everything is equal, they realize that "you know, it would be nice to only have us women around without those pesky men so we can be anti-male without feeling guilty again." Now there's women-only gyms, women-only sections in gyms (while they still pay the same fees as the men, getting more for their services), women's student groups in college, women's hospitals, subway cars, buses, etc.

This is what happens when one side has a voice in government while the other doesn't.

I thoroughly enjoy the sheer inanity of some of these feminist mantras. There can't be sexism against men, but then they say "'patriarchy' hurts men, too." Now, understand, "patriarchy" is a code word for "men" (they'll deny that, of course) so there can't be "sexism" against men, but men can hurt other men. The only protection for the men who get hurt is the movement that thinks men are flotsam --feminism.

Get it? Neither does anyone else.

Ever wonder why the average, reasonably intelligent person with no exposure to these silly gender issues doesn't think this way? Because it's all nonsense, that's why -- a wistful stardust dream of misandric feminists who think nothing of slandering an entire gender.

As much as I think these ladies are asshats, they are right. They have defined sexism as a system in which males benefit solely by being males. By defining what sexism is, we have to argue with their definition. The book Why Are All The Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria does a good job of explaining why blacks can't be racist when you make the definition of racism as a system where whites benefit solely from being white. Its all about the definition of the word. In this case, their definition. Downvotes away

Those aren't feminists, they're crazies. True feminism is about raising the standard of living for women in areas that are still sub-par, not lowering it for men and children. Rejecting someone for the fact of being male is obviously not a good way to go about doing this.

Of course, the guy dropped the moral high ground ball with that last comment. So I'd say kind of an embarrassment all round.
