So is your stance that only men should be fighting in these countries?
Look, I don’t advocate for violence. I am no fan of war. I have many male friends who have served in the US military and they aren’t the same after gbeh get back to civilian life.
My guess from your statement is that women in those countries should not be drafted due to the dangers of war? If so, why is it ok for men to be disposable?
That’s a long way to say yes. But I do appreciate your input.
The way I see it. In a situation as dire as theirs and I understand that it comes from someone saying this in air conditioned building in the USA. But the way I see it, everyone should be fighting for their freedom. Not just the men. If females want freedom then they also need to pick up whatever is necessary and fight. Freedom is after all earned.
Yes, I am lucky enough to live in a country with a formidable military. I get it. But we weren’t always this super power. Look at the battle of Puebla (cinco de Mayo) how Mexico fought off a more powerful French military. Men and women and maybe even children fought for their freedom.
If you want to look at some historical facts, the wars that women lead were brutal. Please look it up.
In Afghanistan, their population had, what, around 20 years to prepare?
Trust me man I am not happy to see what’s happening there. None in this sub could say they are happy about it. But their people need to stand up. They were left with weapons and they handed them over. Instead of Defending themselves. They might have had to sacrifice themselves in the process but as American it’s better to die standing for what you believe in than on our knees.
In their situation they all should have been prepared fo This day. Instead I’d relying on the comfort of another military.
And no man is disposable. And all people should Fight for what they believe or want.
So I guess, also, by your own admission, men and women aren’t equal. So if that’s your stance. Then why should I or anyone else who is anti feminism should support feminism? It’s not women we have a problem with. It’s feminism and the fact that it’s not about equality.
There are some position in army where women can excel and are still crushing it. But you can't expect to compare the physical, genetic, emotional toll compared to what men can endure in a war zone. Men were practically engineered into this.

I’ll enter into a civil conversation with you. If you’re up for it.
Let’s remember that feminism is about equality of the sexes. So why not in those countries?
