Calling a man "incel" is inherently sexist. whether that man is a leftist or nazi.

"Incel" as an insult to a man is the equivalent of calling a woman a "slut" .. the use of the term is to humiliate and silence.

There's a difference between liberals and leftists.

Actual leftists (socialists / anarchists) are often called "alt left" nowadays. But you'll find plenty who are skeptical of feminism and generally dislike woke culture, SJWs, and liberals in general.

If by "leftist" you mean "rational moderate" then yes. Because what you describe is actually that position.

Traditional conservatism holds to the idea that if you can't get a date, it must be because you're "not man enough, lol libtard incel".

Neoliberalism holds to the idea that if you can't get a date, it's because you're an "entitled nice guy incel neckbeard".

It's just more of the "anyone who disagrees with me must be on the other side" cancer that has made politics so divisive and bred so much extremism.

That said, I actually get called "right wing" more often, probably because I vocally criticize hookup culture, which is seemingly the biggest sin one can commit against the hive mind these days. I spend less time attacking the conservative position on dating because its already unpopular and been smashed apart a thousand times.
