I think she's a perfect representative of first world feminism. Violent, manipulative, toxic, using "victimhood" to abuse others... She's great for telling other countries what feminism offers them.

She used Johnny Depp as social currency to get those positions. That's one of the reasons she was lying about being abused.

Remember, Johnny Depp was put into the hospital because of her. It's not like she "slapped" him and that's where it all ended. She took a knife and cut off part of his finger. And that's not even the worst of it.

Wikipedia is hardly mentioning any of this right now. I imagine if she gets removed from her ACLU position, the editors and mods might be inclined to include details about all of this.

Normally I don't approve of cancel culture (getting people removed from movie roles etc. for stuff from their private life - separate the art from the artist and all that, even if Johnny Depp got railroaded and cancelled from almost every major gig due to her dishonesty)... but this case is quite different. She is supposed to be an ambassador for a civil rights organization. Being an abuser should disqualify her immediately from the position. If not, the ACLU is sending a message that abusers can take advantage of their activism to shield themselves and go unpunished.

I feel like this sub is full of men that are jealous of the protected status that left wing politics gives women.

And instead of examining their beliefs they double down and demand the same protected status.

The weak minded liberal would of course naturally respond with "Everyone deserves special status and protection" being completely oblivious to how racist that is.
