The lawsuit, filed by Gleason and Isaacs about three hours before the expiry date that would prohibit raising the complaint, was to allow Dylan’s legal representatives to comply with their demand for compensation for Carra’s alleged continuing to suffer from “emotional and physical injury including […] severe mental distress, anguish, humiliation, and embarrassment, as well as economic losses”. Gleason and Isaacs appear to request monetary reimbursement for Carra’s medical care and and attention whilst engaged in the effort to “cure herself of her injuries”.

OK, she's after money.

Along with compensatory, punitive, and exemplary damages that would be awarded due to Dylan’s alleged “malicious, fraudulent, oppressive, and evil motives” the lawsuit appears to demand further compensation for a catalogue of alleged crimes including “grooming”, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional stress, unspecified “predatory, sexual, and unlawful” acts, sexual molestation, sexual abuse, battery, contact that was harmful and caused offence, and providing drugs and alcohol to a minor.

She wants a lot of money.

Wait, rape is a criminal matter, compensation is a civil matter. She must have filed a civil complaint or they could not have named her. I don't see how this could succeed, but this is 2021 and who knows.

She's a professional psychic. This is just a job. It doesn't mean she's crazy or a liar. But it also doesn't mean Dylan is guilty. That I will leave up to a judge and jury.

Bringing suite nearly 60 years later is crazy. There should be a lenient statuate of limitations like other crimes.

I mean, first glance I think, okay this lady is crazy and making it up. Then again I said the same about Bill Cosby. The issue with historical argument is that, there is no proof. How can you claim something without a shred of evidence.

Something to consider. In science, the lowest form of evidence is 1st hand account I.e. I saw it, this is a thing. Yet in court, it can be one or the highest forms of evidence. You saw this crime or experienced it. If you take an objective perspective that you need more evidence than just someone's word, you are accused of not caring about xyz.

I wonder what happened to the mindset of innocent until proven guilty.

Don't really know the details. But surely someone that believes in aliens can't possibly have been sexually abused.
