As a woman, this sickens me and pisses me the fuck off. Women who do this are making a mockery of all the women that suffer real assaults, and are putting efforts to reduce sexual assaults and hold offenders accountable in jeopardy.

This man is the victim of a crime, and he has suffered a really shitty impingement on his Constitutional rights to a) a speedy and public trial by a jury of his peers, b) being condemned and punished extralegally, without due process of law, c) to be officially informed of the charges being made against him, and d) obtain witnesses and counsel to assist him in a trial. In this case I'm 100% in favor of this woman being prosecuted for making a false claim. I'm not decided on whether that should happen in all false reports, but in this situation, where this guy got so brutally injured, she should be held accountable for setting things in motion.

Just letting you guys know what this feminist thinks. Obviously I can only speak for myself :)
