Some examples would be dancing, yoga, scuba diving, sky diving, airplane pilot, etc. Don't pick something just because you think it's high SMV - pick something you enjoy.

This is the wrong question to ask. If you try to mould yourself into a high SMV guy by doing things you might not really enjoy, just for the sake of poon, you're not alpha: you're pandering to women, which is a beta trait.

I play videogames and aside from lifting and dressing well, I'm mostly a glued to the computer kind of guy. My game is still fine and I still get girls. My SO right now adores me, thinks of me as really high value, but my hobbies never really came into it that much. It was simply my game, my animal attractiveness that made her like me. Not my hobbies.

Side note: If a girl fucks you because of a hobby you do like piano or dirt biking or whatever, she's pump and dump ONLY.

I ride a long-distance rodebike to different cities on my days off.

I enjoy painting although that's too time consuming to do right now.

I could easily call cooking a hobby of mine, if I have time I can spend an entire day in the kitchen.

Just make sure it's something you want for yourself. It's a great tool to impress women, but if it's only for that reason it is hella pointless. Do it for yourself.

I want to add shooting to the list. Shooting is awesome and lots of high SMV women are into it. Even ones that are too scared to shoot will enjoy watching you. Plus save our 2nd amendment.
