I believe it comes back to hurt people, hurt people. People that individually feel sleighted by another may overgeneralize who their problem stems from. Couple this with an increasing problem of people not understanding emotional maturity (like children wanting to hurt someone who insulted them) we create a cycle of targeting the people who remind us of the "problem"

It's not correct to hurt people but it is a normalized trend bolstered by media deeming it funny, sensationalized, and placing a victim in an elevated status.

It's important to set your boundaries without reacting emotionally when these boundaries are crossed.

The greatest strength you have is to walk away.

I think this is something brought on mainly by other men. Man balances him self on a handrail slips land full dead center of his crotch. Everyone laughs. Man hits an other man with a bat in the nuts. All his buddies laugh. Why? We all know the pain of Getty hit. But some how other men laugh as well. We men have given other people the notion that it's funny when men get hurt. Nut check all the boys in the locker room will laugh.

Women don't feel more pain on their periods first of all. If they didnthey would be on the ground the same as men.

Second of all, a woman's period doesn't have the adverse effect of potential sterilization. Being kicked in the balls does.

As a woman, yeah periods hurt, but I’ve accidentally kicked my boyfriend in the balls and he literally fell to the ground just paralyzed lmao.

I don’t know why it’s some sort of competition for who experiences the most reproductive pain, I don’t know what getting hit in the balls feels like but I can only see how in pain my boyfriend is when it happens to him
