Personally, I have no problems with what they want and they can raise their standards as high as they want.

My problem with them is the extreme amount of hypocrisy they practice, which starts with women preaching "I want a guy who is open, honest and tells me his thoughts" (see: a lot of dating profiles) while they do the EXACT OPPOSITE (breadcrumbing, stringing people along).

The moment somebody calls them out on their bullshit, they not only refute you but proceed to GASLIGHT THE SHIT OUT OF YOU. "Ohhhh I only ghosted him to protect his feelings!! He's so nice, I'm sure he'll find a girl to date some day but not me TEEHEE".

Basically they're playing a game, refusing to be open on what the rules/win conditions are, and then denying that it's a game in the first place.
