Alright so without launching into an angry tirade as I did a minute ago over how I didn't exactly hit the genetic jackpot when it comes to the appearance of certain features of my body, suffice it to say, it could be better. A lot. Fricking. Better. And I'm frustrated because it makes me feel ugly and insecure especially when I'm with anyone new. I'm wondering if there's like, maybe not a remedy to this, but a way to learn to accept oneself more without years of therapy, or flat out lying to myself. Does anyone have any suggestions?
