Interesting that the husband was convicted in no time for being a part of this but it's taken almost two years for them to put her in the can. At least it's the right result.

During the proceedings, Damian Nunzio, Fusari’s attorney, told the court that he and his client planned on appealing her case as soon as they can.

She'll probably get out or get a reduced sentence on appeal.

I don't think this is progress. She was only punished because it was her daughter, if it was her son she would've got ten to fifteen at maxium.
