As someone who dates both men, women and anyone between, and also doesn’t identify as male or female, I am continually shocked by the things I read on dating subreddits. Call be a libtard snowflake f*ggt if you want, that’s not the discussion here. Plus there are plenty more snowflakes in these forums than just us gays.

I look at the blue pill/red pill debate, and I do kind of get why men get frustrated with dating women. No one can break your heart like a girl, they are hard to please and at times very confusing. I was raised one, I still don’t understand sometimes. Men are generally way more straightforward in terms of dating (not always, we’re all human!). I imagine for straight men, it can feel lonely when you’re attracted to a group of people that feel completely closed off to you. But why do y’all keep talking about ‘dating potential’ or whatever it is?

I also understand why FDS is a thing because I have been fucked over by more men than I can count. And not in a ghosting/one night stand kind of way, I mean like attacked/insulted/assaulted kind of way. Men are terrifying at times. No not all men (fuck off w that bs), but you can never predict which, so I understand why some straight women have come out with this. But there is a lot of resentment towards men in these groups, which i just don’t get. Like we’re talking half of the human race, they aren’t all bad some of them are my favourite people. Y’all strike me as the type to wish you were lesbians, but at the same time have no male friends.

I also look at all of these communities and see one thing in common. A complete inability to see the opposite sex as human! One thing I know from dating men and women is honestly, they’re not that different. Humans are complicated and a little bit shitty, and we’re all just trying to do our best. Dating isn’t a game, or a competition. There are no chads and staceys, we aren’t equivalent to monkeys looking for a ‘prime mate’. We are humans, looking for love and companionship.

Dating sucks sometimes, not everyone is going to like you, not everyone is going to work with you. Jfc get off reddit and touch some grass. Oh, and get off tinder, it’s a cesspool and we all know it.
