Beyond the obvious question of "What child costs $3.3 million?", what's REALLY interesting about the article is the input from the US State Department. Apparently, the US Government warns men about the fucked-up child support situation in Israel.

Can you imagine just how bad things need to be before the US Government says, "Wow, man, your child support laws are fucked-up"?
