I'll find out the detail when my attorney receives the letter, but I'm anxious to know.
Why might a marital settlement agreement be rejected by the court beyond the obvious suspected influence or coercion? My ex and I came to the agreement and everything I hear is that it's in the court's interest to approve settlements between consenting parties.
Has anyone else had their MSA rejected?
