I personally really enjoy the book/ movie "The Joy Luck Club". I'm watching it tonight for the first time in years and there's a scene about one of the daughters, Lena, being in a "50/50" relationship. I don't want to give any spoilers, but watching it now I very much appreciate this part and how they depict the 50/50 lifestyle from a female perspective. It helps me feel like women before us were just as sick of it as we are.
