I was a sole breadwinner, husband, and father and my life was shattered in the blink of an eye. My wife of 10 years had me erased from our household 4 months ago. I’ve been fighting for custody with 3 attorneys on my side to defend me from defamation, gain custody, and defend me financially. The first two are important causes to fight but I’m realizing I’ll end up financially devastated in the end.

My attorneys helped secure a mediation which lasted 4 hours and was adjourned. The issue is that the to be ex-wife manipulated the criminal justice system to erase me, get an injunction, committed adultery on camera, and is now shamelessly using our son as a pawn to commit extortion so I continue to pay up while everyone watches. She had me removed from the house for her safety but spun around within a month stating she would drop the restraining order and let me time share 50% if I continue paying for the house that I can no longer live in, bills, and living expenses of child and the dogs.

It’s unbelievable to me how she has been able to get away with holding my son ransom and everyone lets her in the short term until a judge sees it in trial. I’m talking months or years of seeing my son for 8 hours a week on no grounds. Is there anything I can do to stop this charade in the short term?
