Baseline, stop. The reason you have "zero motivation to connect with them and keep the conversation going" is because you don't care about them. To you, they are NPCs that are to supply your demand of sexual content.

I will not advise you on what to text, lol. I'll give you meta-level advice, which you didn't ask for and are more than welcome to ignore.

Look inward, discover and develop the relationship with your subconscious to understand what you're hoping to gain from sexting. Believe me, it's not as it presents itself.

This is a neuroticism (it affects you negatively and you cannot stop), and at the bottom of every neuroticism is pain, find it, understand it, and resolve it. Then you'll be able to move on.

You simply don't have enough room for other people in your life atm, you need to make room by working through your queue of unprocessed emotions. Best of luck.

Your speed and desperation to get something from her is likely because that's your means to an end. It sounds like you don't actually like her for her and you only want to see her body. And people can pick up on that and it's incredibly toxic. Therapy would be a better option so that they can show you all this outside of embarrassing social situations and you can learn how hurtful it is without ruining another opportunity.

There is nothing inherently wrong with being motivated by sex. Sex and connection is wonderful.

I wouldn't feel bad for being motivated, in certain instances, primarily by sex.

What i would question is whether you want more out of your intimate connections with women? Is this all there is to intimacy? Sometimes it is, sometimes it isnt. What do you want?
