You need to find a way to hire an expensive woman divorce/family attorney.

12 years ago my brother hired one for $600 per hour. He was extremely happy, as the money she save him paid for her bill and then some.

Don't do it yourself for god's sake. Hire a lawyer, a good one. Probably a woman.

I exhausted all my resources and can’t afford a lawyer. One hearing I was able to prove that she lied about certain things. Like over text and I’m court she admitting to relocating to a different town hundreds of miles away (you literally have to travel all day by plan to get there), and proof of her extorting me for more child support via messages sent from her. I’ve applied for different services and was denied a Pro bono lawyer multiple times. I’m doing hair follicle testing and have results to prove that I’m clean. When I proposed we both do it she decided to go to trial.

Get a lawyer at any cost. If you try to oppose a real lawyer yourself, you will almost certainly lose, and you will probably lose for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with the facts of the case.

And, it sounds like you'll be directly-examining her instead of cross-examining. A cross-examination is what you, or your attorney, does after the other attorney performs their direct-examination of their own witness.

What is the current order? It matters.

It's usually not very effective to cross examine, because people will just lie, and most judges want the woman to win, anyway, so they will use any excuse to exclude testimony that helps you. For example, she will deny banging her brother, and the judge might even at its irrelevant, even if she admits it. However, recorded of criminal convictions were admissible, but she will claim she doesn't live with him, and they'll say it's irrelevant. But if she makes any allegations about you, the judge will be really concerned about them. A lawyer can possibly bring these things to the court's attention better. Sometimes they help, sometimes not.

Your child is at risk. Borrow money from your family if you have to. That's how many men get out of jail for failure to pay child support. Don't wait until then. It's money well spent as it will save you in alimony and child support down the road.

Just try to bring up all of this information to the judge in a clear and organized way with evidence, except maybe not the 4th one because the shock/weirdness of it might distract from the narrative that she is clearly unfit to care for your kid/kids. Definitely try to get real legal help though. Good luck!

If she has mental issues that usually can't be used against her unless she isn't taking her meds. So ask about how often she takes her meds.. And bring proof that she skips her meds.

Addiction Can not be used against her unless she does it in front of the kids. So ask her if she's ever used in front of the kids and bring proof that she has.

The boyfriend and the incest, oddly enough, will not have much impact.

The trick here is proof. Her lawyer will probably get most of your evidence thrown out unless you know how to document things.
