My boss at work always tries to make me feel smaller than him, and embarrass me whenever there’s an attractive woman present. PS: I think it has something to do with him noticing that I’ve been more confident lately.

Example: Today he was telling me and my coworkers a story. I noticed as he was telling the story, his focus was on the other guys, and not me, and when he demonstrated part of his story, he physically pushed me. I felt as if he was only showing off for my female coworker, but I acted as if it didn’t bother me.

Although, he has a better social status than me, more money, etc, I still want to beat the competition, as I can tell my female coworker likes both of us. How can I deal with similar situations in the future and how can I beat the competition?
