Don’t get me wrong it’s good advice, but it takes months to get in. Even more so not everyone is ready emotionally for therapy. I myself am in therapy and someone asked me if I got professional help and I said yes and than that was the end of the convo. Therapists and mental health providers cannot be there 24/7! Mental illness effects peoples daily living! People need more than to just be told to seek therapy! We as a group need to be more supportive and more sensitive to what people are going through!

List suggestions below please! I think we can encourage people to go to therapy, but at the same time encourage them to try something new, encourage current coping mechanisms, or simply invite them to chat.
