I've been married for 9 years and have 2 kids with my wife. I'm done with being married. I'm basically a 1 man show. We both work full time and make the same annual salary.

She has admitted to me that she will no longer make an effort to take care of the home. Her intentions are to work and relax. I'm also done with the hypocrisy. She is free to do whatever she wants while I need to ask permission. And even if I do, she will text me constantly asking when I'll be home.

If I file, can I expect to lose everything?
